Interviewed with the Café manager and one of the store managers. Lasted 30 minutes. Very laid back and they were very nice. After the interview, I was sure that I didn't get the job. Sure enough they called about a week later and asked for my references. Another week passed and they called back and scheduled an orientation with me.
A group interview process with a follow up solo interview. Questions ranged from average (strengths, weaknesses) to favorite books/what you’re currently reading. Even cafe workers should have a healthy appetite for books and answers prepared to demonstrate a passion for knowledge and being easily trainable.

it was basically a casual phone interview, simple questions, asked about experience and availability, the manager said i would have an interview in person soon, and yeah that’s basically it

We sat in the Cafe, where we could be present in the cafe during the interview. It was short, probably only 20-30 minutes in total. Questions could easily be prepared for by knowing the job description and knowing the top 10 most popular interview questions.
