I applyed the CV on -line during the University. They contacted me after 2 months and I started the selection. The selection started with: Interview with HC, assessment group test (quiz and english), interview with the person in charge of unit, interview with Genareal Manager. The questions are easy linked to your backgroud univerisity and the ability to work in a team. They ask on your passion.
