Through recruiter. Met lots of people from the time, one after another on different days. Nice people. Unfortunately ended up in ghosting, similar to others' hiring experience with this firm (friends who applied the same year, didn't get any feedback from Barclays either).

Hirevue Interview - first round screening process for equity research analyst before actual in person interviews. Mainly behavioral questions about teamwork. Fairly straightforward. Continues with a series of questions asking about how you would act in a situation.

Two back-to-back interviews with an analyst each. All behavioural quesitons. Each question was pretty long and they expected you to talk a lot during the process. There were also follow up questions. No technical questions surprisingly.
