Regular online assessments followed by a Virtual Assessment Centre where you'll be asked behavioural and situational questions. Eventually, you'll be given cognitive tasks as well in the form of a case study. An example, would be to read some slides on the implementation of a new ai software the company wants to introduce and to give general feedback on it. You would be asked some questions after, based on your responses. Also, you would only have 15 minutes to absorb all the information from the slide deck. I put "difficult" as the level solely because of the assessment centre questions. Everything until that point was cool. The first part of the AC was full of "Tell me a time when" questions for 50 INSANE MINUTES, THere were about 7 of them i think. Since I didn't see it coming at all, it caught me off-guard but if you practice those questions you should be alright. My Interviewers were super chill guys too.
