Entrevista
The interview started with the interviewer introducing himself and reviewing my resume.
Then I was asked to introduce myself, how I got to know about Barclays and asked questions related to my technical skill set and general concepts relating to OOPS and OS.
Then I was asked one situational question - what would you do if you had disagreement with your colleague, to which I replied that I would try to resolve it with him privately.
Lastly I was asked about the values of Barclays.
At the end, he asked if I had any questions to which I asked regarding the role offered and the required skills.
The interview process is meticulously organized, utilizing online Teams calls led by VPs. Questions delve into the candidate's resume, thoroughly exploring their qualifications and experiences to assess their fit within the organization.

During the virtual interview, we first discussed my projects. Later, the interviewer asked about Object-Oriented Programming and Data Structures & Algorithms. Toward the end, typical HR questions were posed.
What is linked list? Its advantage over arrays? operations that can be performed on it? What is pointers? Pillars of OOPs?
