Asked a series of competency and values related questions, and asked to reflect on my work experiences and how I have demonstrated those values in the workplace. They primarily want you to talk about Barclays' values and mindset on the website, there was no CV walkthrough and no technical questions. This was a first interview, and I am yet to hear the results. The interviewers were friendly and professional.

Interview was pleasant enough. Was a initial screening for Human Resources purposes. Was conducted via zoom call. No issues whatsoever. Would apply again in the future as I was interested.

Online assessment, CV walk through, competency interview and final role play interview. Very long process went on for 3 months or more! At the end of it they let you know if passed or not.
