Dependent on grade but likely to have several levels of interviews with various senior people and may include some tests. You will be questioned on technical competency and a variety of other competencies plus some value questions.
Painfully slow, bad communication, unreliable and unexplained demands for experience in niche areas, ads for roles continue to run even after they are filled. Jobs re-advertised and HR not proactive.
