Three rounds with first two focused on tech expertise and complexity/scale of management experience; third with HR. All rounds happen over a period of one week, but may take longer for external candidates.

One basic phone screen followed by two on site interviews. The first one site interview had just one interviewer asking questions relevant to the role. The second one site interview had two interviewers (one after the other) the first of whom asked some business questions
