After finishing the online application, I was asked to do a verbal and numerical test. The verbal and numerical tests were straightforward but it's advisable to watch out for the time. Then I was invited to a phone interview, it was competency-based and also quite straightforward, however, the interviewer seemed like she was rushing through questions, so her speech was a bit monotonous and fast (which is not very unusual anyway). Interview lasted for about 30 minutes and some questions I can remember are: - Why spring week at Barclays? - What are your strength? - What do you know about the division? And some competency questions like tell me a time when you worked in a team and when you had unreasonable deadlines.
