An extremely relaxed atmosphere and made to feel welcome and valued for applying. Two staff who conducted the interview were very pleasant and friendly.
I reached the required benchmark but someone scored higher on the day, application kept on file for 6 months, hopefully, something will come up, even in a different location.

Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.

My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
