I have attended Barclays "Java Developer backend" interview on 8th july 2017 @ Pune Kharadi. I got call for interview from Consultancy. First gone through one telephonic round, its about 35-40 minutes. after 3-4 days, I got call from consultancy , that i was selected for next round. Second round, were the coding Test, in that 5 programs and some MCQ questions needs to solve in 45 minutes. I have cleared this round as well. Third round was second technical round, it was about 20-25 minutues,got feekback selected for HR round. in HR round they asked some general questions, checked behavioual skills etc. apart from salary discussion,everything was asked. finally said, they will check for the position/role which can be suitable for me & will let me know, in 2 weeks. Still I am waiting for their call , till now i didn'y get any feedback. felt disappointed, atleast they should provide the feedback, whatever it would be....
