i had a phone interview. it was a very negative experience, the lady wasn’t very nice and told me i need more experience so i went away from the interview feeling quite disheartened. weeks later she was ringing, emailing and texting me non stop trying to offer me the job. i’d expressed that i was no longer interested due to the negative interview but she kept trying to email me.

Face to face. Quite easy if you know the basics to health and social care. Took roughly 30 minutes and was offered the job before I even left the car park!
