They do not respect their prospects time. Was waiting for over an hour without any follow up. Redundant manual application probably meant to slow down applicants but they were still having a difficult time keeping up. It seems like everyone was scheduled for the same time. I know this is a casting agency, but interviews should not be run like open calls. Several people walked out before I did.
