First did a phone interview with Lee Little. He primarily spoke about himself, a real narcissist. He would ask a question and then talk over me when I was answering, never really letting me answer. I felt like I was talking to a slick, used car salesman. The next step was a FaceTime video with his wife and the team. I also had to take a personality/IQ test that he said I passed with flying colors. Again, more talk about how amazing he thinks he is. A real bore to talk to. I got a really bad vibe from him as I didn't feel like he was really listening to me. I figured that if he didn't listen during the interview, it would be worse if I worked for him.
