The interview process was easy. I got a call after posting my resume. They called me in and asked me a few questions about what I have done on my resume. It was cool . Kinda like a conversation. They asked me to describe my worst decision on a job and my best. I told them a story about when I argued a certain point witha previous employer. The employer changed there decision and it ended up I was totally wrong. I explained it was a growing opportunity for me. The best decision was when I did the same thing and was right! I saved the company a lot of money that time. They asked if I had any questions for them and I asked about salary. It was pretty low so I declined the position. The company seemed nice, but just wasnt what I was looking for. I would say the interview was easy. Very professional people and nice.
