1. After applying for the job, I got an email to schedule a video call. Before scheduling the video call, I was asked to answer two questions: about my current role and why I was currently looking for a fresh change. 2. A 30 min call on Demio to learn more about my background and goals. 3. 45-1h video call with the VP of Product to discuss the product. 4. Take-home exercise: Find a problem in the product that you want to improve, or identify a new feature that could be impactful and provide a written summary + a Loom video. 5. Cultural fit interview with one member of the team. 6. Final interview with the Product Designer and Director of Marketing.
