The two most important things are airport/airplane knowledge and customer service skills. They do not mind hiring someone with little to no experience because you are a blank canvas and they can make you the exact kind of employee they are looking for since you do not have any bad habits. This job deals with high level executives and as an employee you should always be respectful and helpful in anyway you can. Bad attitudes or not being able to problem solve will not get you there. Expect to answers questions relating to these two topics.
