I had found out about this company through a hiring agency. I applied in January 2020 and got a response back for an interview towards the end of the month. I went through three interviews. The first was with the creative director over the phone. After that, I had an in-person interview with the creative director. She was really excited about the direction she wanted the company to move towards. After a few days, I had a video interview with the CMO of the company. She didn’t have her camera on during the interview, but everything went fine.
