The interview was short, straight to the point and flexible. Got there 30 min early and the manager was already there waiting. ( I thought it was nice of them to be there early just like how we are expected to be there earlier than the time scheduled). Very professional and every question I had, was answered. The manager explained in detailed what the job consists of, and what your tasks will be during your time there. Be prepared and ask questions. Questions that show you’re interested in the position. Keep eye contact and don’t get distracted. The interview took place in an COVID enclosed lobby area, where some people were walking around that was a bit distracting for me. Questions regarding your background will be most likely asked more than questions such as “ tell me about a time when …” etc. Have set goals ( Long and short term) that includes this job or the organization.

The interview itself was not bad. The interviewer did call twenty minutes past when it was scheduled and it was short. Asked about experience and what pay I was hoping for. (No wiggle room for negotiation on pay)
