Entrevista
First I received a phone call from a recruiter, she explained the program and then asked me what my preference for location, shift, and unit. We scheduled a face to face interview. The interview itself was very brief. I think I was in there for about 20 min. The recruiter went over the same thing that we discussed on the phone and then 5 behavioral style questions 2 specifically from clinical experience and 3 from any experiences I have had overall.

fiveish questions(?): one asked strengths and weaknesses
they gave me options on positions based on the location you gave them, i picked the one that i’ve heard of but if you’re adamant on a specific unit you could ask to keep waiting(?) (that’s what i’ve heard from fellow orientee)

Entrevista
Submitted my application online. Scheduled a phone interview over email a couple days later. Completed interview over the phone (took about 45 minutes), offer letter sent the same day. Interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions.

Entrevista
The interview process took a week or so. I applied online, got an email 3 days later to schedule for a phone interview. Interviewed and got an offer right after. The recruiter was super nice.
