The interview was fairly average as far as number of people I interviewed with and types of questions asked. The first interview was a phone screen that took approximately 30 to 40 minutes. I was invited back for the in-person interview, where I met with HR, then the Director of Marketing and then one of the Marketing Managers. From there, I was invited back for final round where I met with the company's psychologist, who at the time, helped evaluate if you would be a good culture fit.
