Interview arranged with the local manager. First my CV was reviewed, then I had experience based questions. It was straight forward, no hidden surprises. I was made to feel comfortable.
Fairly straight forward. Applied with my cv and then got a phone call to offer me an interview. Through their careers site I then had to accept the interview. About 5 mins after the interview I was offered the job verbally.
