I posted my resume on careerbuilder.com and was contacted by Banker's Life and Casualty. I was contacted and asked to attend a group interview/presentation. The session was very informative, and a bit like a pep-talk about the company. I received a call-back after the group session for a 1-on-1 interview. Banker's offers a very nice commission structure, which leads me to believe that they have a low close rate.
