3 step interview:
1. "career briefing" - small group interview where manager gives presentation of company history, company products, and company positions available. Those uninterested leave, while those interested have casual discussion and Q & A with manager
2. If invited back to second interview, sales commission structure, open positions, and Q & A completed with manager
3. If invited back for third interview, one on one interview with top branch manager where both parties determine if the candidate is qualified and if both parties want to move forward with contracting as agent
