They asked me to come in for a career briefing, with about four other candidates. They showed a video, gave a presentation, and asked us to fill out a survey and leave out resume. I was called the next day for an interview.

At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
