The recruiter for this position was very condescending and came off as if I had no experience for the job I applied to which begs the question that if she felt that way, why would she call me. She told me the job I applied for was not in my area (it was per the job description) and no matter how many times I told the recruiter, she did not care(she did later email me AFTER this interview to say I was correct there was a job in my area) She felt as though I wasn't "ready for a senior role" even though I am currently in a senior role and wanted me to me ALL the requirements. The whole mood of the interview was as if she felt I was inexperienced (I was not) and was puzzled as to why I even applied. Due to her rude nature, I withdrew my application after she wanted me to write down the list of job requirements and email her stating which ones I meet so she can try to convince the hiring manager to speak to me. Because I guess being an actual recruiter and reading my resume was a little too much for her.
