Apply online and, if interested, a recruiter will call you. There is the initial information verification phone call and then a phone interview by the recruiter. Then, if you are a good fit for the position, you will have an in-person interview with one of the department managers. Then, the recruiter will make you an offer and tell you when training begins and what your salary and benefits will be.

Put in an application online and had an employee referral. Got a phone interview a week later it was pretty basic. Then after a week have an interview at the office and it went great. I was told it was the best interview the manger had ever had. So I was very confident, but then I got an email saying they were going with a different applicant. I called the recruiter and asked what I could do to improve and then was told that email was sent to me by mistake and received my offer email the next day.

Entrevista
I applied through their website. Received a call about a week later from a recruiter who scheduled me for a phone interview later that day. It wasnt my best interview i was nervous however so was my recruiter! She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the interview she gave me some tips and then scheduled me for a 1:1 interview which was actually a 2:1 interview 3 days later! It went extremly well. It felt more like a conversation which was great! I was confident spoke about my customer service and sales experience and why i believed id be a good fit for the company.
