First a phone interview, then 3 rounds on site. Phone interview is some basic matrix algebra discussion. On-site interview includes going through resume and technical questions like BS model (assumptions, how to solve it, etc.), probability problem and OOP concepts. You'd better be proficient in Python. Also many technical questions regarding bulletin points on my resume.
