FIrst, i fill the application process in online media platform, then it gives online assesment, then the selected candidates will be interviewed in mandiri tower surabaya, in there they taken photo of us and measure our weight, then after that HR interview, i failed in the HR interview because lack of preparation, after HR interview, there will be Business Case Selection, Leaderless Group Discussion, Final Interview, Medical Check Up, Job Offer
