Interview process was easy and low key. Usually looking for people who are enthusiastic about working with people/pets and reliable for vet staff to lean on - don't necessarily have to have animal/medical experience. Mentioning you want to become a licensed vet tech is a plus.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
