Received a call approximately a week after applying online through taleo. On the spot phone interview was conducted with basic questions regarding my knowledge of Banfield and previous experience in the field, and was told I could expect a call in a week about setting up a formal interview.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.
