The interview process started with a phone call (for me it was from a shift lead) for a phone interview. Simple questions during the phone call, like why do you want to work for us, how'd you hear about us, what is your availability, long term vs short term goals, etc. Then an in-person interview was scheduled. Usually it's an interview with the shift lead/practice manager for that location, and 2 other practice managers in the room as well switching off and asking you different scenario questions, but for me it was just an interview with the shift lead and a practice manager from another location. The questions I was asked were mostly scenario questions about multi-tasking and goals, and how you deal with situations.

Easy interview with friendly staff! It took place in the break room with the hospital manager and a shift lead. It felt more like a conversation than a typical interview. The questions weren’t hard to answer and felt very relevant to the position.
