I submitted a resume and cover letter and my desired salary and they reached out to me within a day to send me an automated interview program to answer questions on a recorded video. They reached out to me again within a business day and scheduled a time for the recruiter to talk to me. He was very thorough and VERY candid about my qualifications and any red flags he saw in my experience. I really appreciated him telling me beforehand the things that might disqualify me and it gave me a chance to speak to those things. They scheduled an interview with 2 of the sales managers for 2-3 days later and it was a very straightforward discussion. They weren't trying to trick me. They honestly just wanted to know where I was at in my Sales experience and then we did a roleplay. I could choose to roleplay selling in my current position or I could try roleplaying setting an appointment with a BambooHR lead. I chose the latter and it ended up being the right choice. They REALLY care about curiosity and discovery so I asked dozens of questions in the roleplay and it served me well. I had done a lot of research beforehand so I was able to talk about specific aspects of the service and I think that impressed them. They offered me the job the next day.
