Recorded video interview with written exercises. Then 2 virtual interviews. Really was a very unnecessarily long interview process and at times condescending. I had a very good impression of BambooHR before the interview. However after how I was treated. I now have a terrible impression! I was not selected and the way they rejected me was very shameful for an HR company that claims to have a great culture. They said over a voicemail that I was not selected and provided reasons that simply were not true. One reason that they provided as to why I was not selected. I was not even provided an opportunity to demonstrate! Another one was totally erroneous & made no sense! They rejected me and insulted over a voicemail for reasons that were not even part of the interview!
