This allows us the chance to be able to view and assess more candidates and to get to know more than just the information on their resume. We know that video interviews aren't always natural for people, so we do our best to help people feel comfortable by doing things like recording the questions rather than just having them be text. When assessing the video interviews, we also make sure to keep in mind that it can feel awkward for people and to not take that aspect into account when making an assessment.
