The process begins with an online video interview. The interviewers record themselves asking pre-recorded questions. Then I was brought in for an in-person interview where I met with several leaders including the VP of sales. I don't know if they do this on purpose or if the interview just went so well, but during the whole process I was made comfortable and became much more confident. They approach this interview by saying "be yourself". That held true through the whole thing. Lastly, they got to know me, rather than just my skills and experience. I felt like I fit in and that made me REALLY want the job.

I was contacted by the recruiter with a link for an online interview to be completed within 3 days. The interview is done thru HireVue and it took me about 25 minutes to complete. They asked about 10 questions, mostly oral through video and two written questions. Each part was timed and when you ran out of time you were done and onto the next question. When time was up I was advised I would be contacted within 7 business days if they were interested in moving forward or if I would not be selected.
