      Entrevista

      The interview was done over HireVue (video interview). Rather then being a face to face it was more of a face to camera type of interview. Even though I understand the benefits of HireVue, i felt it was a little awkward talking to the camera as interview question came up. but other then that I was an overall good experience.

      Took a tour of the office and talked to some current employees about why they like the company etc. Everyone seemed to like working there and it seems like an awesome company to work for! Interview was pretty simple. One of the people I interviewed with seemed totally uninterested in being there and gave me dirty looks most of the time which made me feel uncomfortable. They tell you to wear what you want to make you feel comfortable which is nice. Honestly, I feel like if you aren't Mormon looking enough they aren't super interested in you. They must have a high turnover rate for this position since it is constantly being posted. Overall it wasn't too bad or hard of a process. Seems like a great place to work if you're a "good fit"

      Thank you for pointing out a few things! First, we are a very diverse organization, and we don't discriminate. We are sorry you felt uncomfortable with your interviewer! We'll address this comment internally to make sure there is never any question as to our gratitude for people considering working with BambooHR. Lastly, we are hiring because of growth, not turnover this particular team grew 90 percent last year. We have incredibly high retention, and turnover is very rare.       This company is a typical Utah Valley company that refuses to disclose wage rates to job applicants, but low-bids them against one another for the job in order to hire the lowest bidder. The company is predominantly a very young work force setting itself up for an EEOC action. BambooHR does not hire older workers.

      We are so sorry for our communication error! We do disclose wage rates. I'm guessing here that maybe we were looking at you for several potential roles and trying to determine which would be the best fit for both you and us. Also, 11,000 baby boomers retire a day, and by 2020 about 75% of the workforce will be millennials. We do not discriminate, but frankly the workforce demographics are just changing.
