Two stage interview. First over Teams and then an in person interview with a factory walkthrough. Situational and competency questions mixed in with technical knowledge of the industry. Both interviews I was made to feel very relaxed and welcome to the company.

First my boss call me for the interview, and we decided the date for the interview. He sent me the Flight ticket including my return journey as well as booked a hotel for me to stay 1 night. On second day we met at 1 Five star hotel for the interview and interview has been carried out for approx 2-3 hour. than he took me to the office and have seen the factory. After that i return back to my home and after few negotiation on phone i said yes.
