Applied online. Talked to a in-house recruiter. Talked to a person from engineering about general coding and design. Talked to another person engineering who said outright that they are looking for engineers that can join with very little need to learn anything about crypto and fintech. He admitted that the company hires and layoffs frequently and can't afford to invest into engineers. What the recruiter said also never matched what the interviewer was doing. Interview process was chaotic. They all look tired and worn-out.
