On-campus interview followed by on-site interview with two managers/partners. On-campus interview is one to one usually with a manager. It lasted 30 minutes or so. No trick questions. Interview was very conversational.

The process was fairly easy, the recruiter is new to the company and made the conversation short .
Asked me what is my salary range, and told me to let me about the hiring process and within 48 hours, the recruiter will tell me the feedback and actually did. I respect the well known companies for sharing the feedback.

Met with mostly HR folks and one manager from the real estate and construction division. It was fairly short in comparison to other interviews I’ve had. Good communication afterwards on next steps and what to look out for.

Three other candidates were gathered into a room and were paired up with to go to lunch with 2 other Baker Tilly staff members. Once we returned, we were all interviewed by 3 different partners for 30-40 minutes each.
