Interview process starts with 30 minute phone call with recruiter then interview with project managers on the team then another interview with higher ups . The initial interview with the recruiter asks various questions about work experience , work style, and documentation experience.

Tell me about your experience with documentation as a PM
Short direct interview with department group was not extensive because of referral process. Referral bonus for hired employees. COVID made interview in teams which was very difficult at the least.
