The Interview process wasn't very long, I had a telephone interview then was invited for a 1:1 interview at their main office. This was from two HR representatives and they were both friendly. However, I received a rejection two days afterwards which I think was pretty good, they didn't keep me waiting. It was a relaxed interview to some extent, it just they went with candidates who have HR experience, so they wasted my time really.
