The hiring process consisted of 3 interviews with the current owner and all the upper management. Then drug testing and IQ on a computer and a personality test. The company was located 180 miles south of where I lived so I had to keep driving back and forth. The interviews alone were 3 days although the owner did drive up and meet with me half way.
