Got a LinkedIn in mail from a BairesDev exec who invited me to interview to join his sales team. The first three interviews were quick and fine enough. Before the last interview, I had to put together a go to market plan as “homework” and it was meant to be reviewed on the call. The last interview was with the same executive who inmailed me in the first place. He was rude, passive aggressive, arrogant, insulting, and inappropriate. I was so turned off by the discussion I called the recruiter intending to give the feedback. She didn’t pick up so I finally sent an email removing myself from the process. Terrible experience and a waste of my time.
