I went through what felt like the longest hiring process in human history. After completing an endless series of assessments, technical tests, logic puzzles, English proficiency exams, personality evaluations, and possibly even a test to check if I was still sane — I moved on to the interviews. These included multiple generic calls with HR where I was asked the same questions repeatedly, followed by contract reviews and more documentation. I spent hours engaging with their process, jumping through every hoop they presented. And then? Nothing. If ghosting candidates after making them invest significant time and effort is part of the company culture, then I guess I got an early preview of what to expect.
