this was the first call for recruiting meeting step of the process i get to know more about BairesDev and they get to know me a bit better. it was online call via zoom to defined the process and updated my profile

The interview was very pleasant. First we discussed my previous jobs and education in my native language, we proceeded talking about my main skills and we adjusted together what they were and what are my career plans and what I look forward in a new job. After a conversation fully in English the interviewer presented what was like working at BairesDev and what should I expect. We ended the interview sharing our final thoughts about what was discussed.
