The interviewer let me introduce myself. The conversation was fluid. I felt comfortable to make jokes and talk about my strengths and things that I don't like too much. The interviewer told me about the benefits and the culture of the organization.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
