The interview with José was a very positive experience. He was open, clear, and maintained focus throughout the conversation while also being considerate and welcoming. He provided detailed explanations about the role, company structure, and expectations without losing track of the key points. The questions asked were direct and relevant—nothing came as a surprise. They focused on my background, previous roles, most interesting projects and challenges, and my preferred work style. Following the profile-related questions, we transitioned into logic/problem-solving and situational questions, which closely aligned with the format of the online assessment I had completed earlier. A noteworthy aspect of the experience was the company’s consideration for language preference—since my native language is Portuguese, those parts of the interview were conducted accordingly, making the process more comfortable and inclusive. Additionally, the presentation slides used during the interview were well-structured and informative, clearly outlining the compensation package, benefits, and how the company operates. Overall, it was a smooth, well-organized, and thoughtful process.
