The interview process was smooth. It had different phased that analyzed work history, main skill, language proficiency, specific interest and benefits (salary and other perks). The interviewer looked clean and amicable. Demonstrated genuine interest in finding a match for my skill set and level.

First was a general description of the company, followed by some questions about my background and experience (some of them in English). Finally comments about the benefits, hiring modality and work environment. The interviewer was friendly and approachable, which made it a relaxed space.
