The interview process at the company is really well-organized and made me feel comfortable. It started with a friendly initial screening where the recruiter got to know my background and what I'm looking for in a role. Then, there were technical assessments that let you showcase your skills in a fun and supportive way. Throughout the process, the interviewer was very approachable and encouraged open conversations, although I didn't engage, in the interest of time, giving me a good sense of the company’s values.
